人人公司

人人公司向美国证交会递交的F-1上市申请文件显示，该公司股票代码为RENN，计划在纽交所出售5300万份ADS(美股存托凭证)，预计发行价区间为9到11美元，按此发行价区间中间价计算，此次IPO募集资金约5亿美元。

招股书显示，在IPO完成后，千橡集团创始人陈一舟将持有约2.7亿股普通股，持股比例为22.8%，成为第一大个人股东，陈一舟还持有约55.9%的投票权，拥有绝对控制权。此外，SB PanPacificCorporation将持有4.05亿股普通股，持股比例为34.2%，成为第一大机构股东。根据投行的消息，人人公司已正式启动上市流程。据推算，人人公司将于5月中旬左右挂牌交易，将有包括摩根士丹利等7家投行担任此次IPO的承销商。

由于在上市缄默期内，人人公司未对上市内容做任何回应。

熟悉美股投资的人可能对这家公司较为熟悉，i美股是一家最早提供美股财经资讯的网络资讯平台。据i美股网站的介绍，一家开曼群岛的资产管理公司，是iMeigu基金的管理人，“专注于中国互联网投资”。i美股资产管理有限公司创始人及CEO为梁剑（Nick Liang） ，该人士也是雪球财经联合创始人；但早在2013年，i美股的资产管理业务已经从雪球财经独立出来（雪球财经创始人方三文目前专注投资类社交软件雪球）。

当当目前股价周二收盘价6.61美元，iMeigu宣称的收购价格为每ADS 8.8美元，即每普通股1.76美元（溢价空间33%）。据悉，如达成收购需要花掉约4.72美金。

有分析人士认为，iMeigu竞价当当可能和聚美优品低价私有化有关。2月17日，聚美优品宣布收到私有化要约，但因价格过低，引发了不少中小股东的不满，被指“陈七块”和“巨没有品”。2月25日晚间，iMeigu曾发文全球征集聚美优品投资者，表示将对私有化买方团、特委会等进行投诉。

因此，分析人士称，iMeigu一方面联合中小股东着手起诉聚美优品低价私有化，另一方面又竞价当当，很有可能是搅局。

3月9日晚间，海航系旗下天津天海投资发展股份有限公司（天海投资，600751.SH）公告称，本次重大资产重组标的资产为北京当当科文电子商务有限公司及北京当当网信息技术有限公司相关股权。

在启动退市前后，当当网曾一度面临连续亏损局面，2015年第一财季至第三财季连续亏损至2620万元人民币，直到年报才实现扭亏为盈，实现归属于上市公司股东净利润9155万元人民币。
